PAYMENT

Means of payment accepted on mamyfactory.com are:

• Credit cards : Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard. Payment by credit card on our website is fully secured. We use the SIPS Atos Origin technology and our transactions are conducted through our banking partner BNP Paribas.

When you choose to pay by card, your credit cards details are encrypted (SSL norm), which means that they do not travel unencrypted over the internet. We accept only French credit cards. If you want to pay with a foreign credit card, you can do it with Paypal, even if you don't have a PayPal account (see Paypal paragraph below).

• Bank cheque (only cheques in Euro are accepted): send a cheque payable to Little Maille at the following address:

Important : please write your Mamy Factory order reference at the back of your cheque.

Once your order is placed, the items ordered will be reserved for you for 10 days, and will be shipped once your cheque has been cashed.

• PayPal: If you have a PayPal account or want to open one to shop at mamyfactory.com:
1. Select the payment method PayPal on the site mamyfactory.com
2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to sign in
3. Click on the link "You have a PayPal account"
4. Confirm your payment on the Paypal website
5. You will automatically be returned to mamyfactory.com to finalise your order.

 

You can also use Paypal to pay by credit card even if you don't have a Paypal account and even if you don't own a French credit card :

1. Select the payment method PayPal on the site mamyfactory.com
2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to sign in
3. Click on the "You don't have a PayPal account" link

4. Confirm your payment with the credit card of your choice : Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Carte Aurore, Cofinoga/Privilège, 4 étoiles

5. You will automatically be returned to mamyfactory.com to finalise your order.

With PayPal, your coupons and discounts are applied as with any other kind of payment method.

DELIVERY

• Free Shipping

Free delivery from 80€ of purchase, if your parcel is being delivered to a relay point or an address in metropolitan France. If you purchase for less than €80 worth of goods, shipping costs €6.65 [France]

• Shipping rates

• For a delivery in metropolitan France (for a purchase of less than €70): €5.95
• For a delivery in European Union and Switzerland: €12.20
• For a delivery in Eastern European countries (excluding), Norway, Maghreb countries: €19.80
• For a delivery in African countries (excluding Maghreb countries), Canada, near and middle East: €23.50
• Other countries: €26.50

Mamy Factory is not - and cannot be held responsible for any country specific custom taxes or duties.

• Delivery times

The shipments are sent with the French Postal Service -La Poste- with the service Colissimo (or in a relay point for France metropolitan only). The orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (except French public holidays) under a period of 24 hours maximum, to which a regular delay of 48 hours is added for the postal delivery (3 to 5 days for a delivery in a relay point).
An email with the Colissimo tracking number will be sent with the shipping confirmation (except for deliveries out of France)
