There have been several controversies in recent years over smoked teas: to cut costs the smoky taste was obtained by unsavory aromas. So we made sure that this one is produced in the traditional way, with spruce wood. Often smoked tea opens the mind, and is therefore ideal for a long conversation ... but only if both interlocutors like the taste of smoke!
Otherwise, very pleasant to do before concentrating on a long task, or even as a comfort drink when returning from a walk in the forest or in the rain. A pleasant tea to drink with a pastry or a tart: the slightly tannic taste of the tea will balance the sweetness and enhance the texture of the dough.
