Mamy Factory updates this rooibos while retaining aromas of Provence. The success of rooibos is a beautiful symbol of South African agriculture, an activity still very marked by the aftermath of apartheid. We have therefore been careful to source our supplies from a cooperative farm that works fairly. Everyone or almost everyone has a memory of rose, which will be reflected by the intense fragrance of this infusion. If this is not your case, consuming this infusion may be the starting point of a new memory. The mildly herbal taste of rooibos brings out the sugar in the rose, and the two herbs together make a sweet infusion. If you like milky tastes, try adding a little sweet milk, or even condensed milk!
